Will my Cloudflare Pages projects be deleted after cancellation?

No. Your Pages projects and deployments remain intact. Static site hosting on Pages is always free, so your sites continue to work after cancellation.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Cloudflare's billing policy is explicitly non-refundable. You are charged in full for the billing month in which you cancel, and the subscription remains active until the end of that period.

What happens to Pages Functions after I cancel the Workers Paid plan?

Pages Functions fall back to the Workers Free plan limits: 100,000 requests per day (shared across Workers and Pages Functions). Projects with heavy serverless usage may hit this cap.

When does the downgrade take effect?

The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, not immediately. You retain paid-tier access and limits until then.

Will I lose my custom domains after cancelling?

No. Custom domains are supported on the free tier (up to 100 per project). Your domain bindings and DNS settings are not affected by cancellation.

Are there any file count limits I should know about when downgrading?

Yes. The free tier supports up to 20,000 files per site (vs. 100,000 on paid). If your project has more than 20,000 files, future deployments may fail after the downgrade takes effect.

Log in to Cloudflare Dashboard

Go to https://dash.cloudflare.com and sign in to your account.

Open Billing

Click your account name or avatar in the top-right corner, then select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Subscriptions

In the left sidebar, click 'Subscriptions' to see all active paid plans.

Disable the feature (if required)

Some subscriptions (e.g. Workers Paid) require you to disable the feature before a Cancel button appears. If you don't see a 'Cancel' option, navigate into the relevant product (Workers & Pages → your project → Settings) and disable or downgrade it first.

Click Cancel on the subscription

Back in Billing → Subscriptions, find the active subscription row (e.g. 'Workers Paid') and click the 'Cancel' button on the right side of the row.

Select cancellation reasons

A feedback prompt appears with a checklist of cancellation reasons. You must select at least one reason — the 'Confirm' button stays greyed out until you do.

Confirm cancellation

Click the 'Confirm' button to complete the cancellation. The subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
