What email address should I use to cancel my FitBalance HU subscription?

Send your cancellation request to hello@fitbalance.hu for general/guest inquiries. If you are a partner or exhibitor, use sales@fitbalance.hu instead.

Will I still have access after I request cancellation?

Access typically continues until the end of your current paid period. Confirm the exact end date in the cancellation confirmation email from FitBalance.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Refund eligibility is not published on fitbalance.hu. Ask explicitly about a refund in your cancellation email. Under Hungarian and EU consumer law, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services purchased online if you have not yet used them.

How do I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Log back in at fitbalance.hu/bejelentkezes and look for a re-subscribe or registration option, or email hello@fitbalance.hu to request reactivation.

Can I request deletion of my personal data?

Yes. Under GDPR you can request erasure of your personal data. Include a data deletion request in your cancellation email, or contact them separately at hello@fitbalance.hu referencing your rights under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Hungary's Infotv.

Wait for a reply from FitBalance confirming your cancellation. If no reply within 2–3 business days, follow up or also email sales@fitbalance.hu.

After receiving confirmation, monitor your bank/card statement to ensure no further charges are made. If charges continue, contact your bank to dispute them.
