What happens to my account after I cancel?

Your account and all associated services are terminated. You have a 30-day grace period after the termination date to export or retrieve your data before it is permanently deleted.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

No. Frontegg's Terms of Use (Section 3.1) explicitly state that all fees are non-refundable for user-initiated cancellations. A pro-rated refund is only issued if Frontegg terminates your account for reasons outside your breach.

How far in advance do I need to cancel?

You must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before your subscription renewal date. If you miss this window, your subscription will auto-renew and you will be charged for the next period.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

You can sign up again for a new Frontegg account. However, once your account is terminated and the 30-day data retrieval window passes, all previous data is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through AWS Marketplace?

AWS Marketplace subscribers must cancel through the AWS Marketplace console under 'Manage subscriptions'. Frontegg's AWS Marketplace contracts are 12-month terms, and the vendor refund policy is listed as 'None'.

Is there a self-serve cancellation button in the dashboard?

Log into the Frontegg portal

Go to portal.frontegg.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Check Billing/Account settings

Open a support ticket
