Review your contract terms

Before initiating cancellation, locate your Pega Cloud Services Agreement or software license agreement. Note the subscription end date, any required notice period (typically 30–90 days before renewal), and any early termination clauses or fees that may apply.

Contact your Pega Account Executive

Reach out directly to your assigned Pega Account Executive (AE) — the primary commercial contact named in your contract. Inform them of your intent not to renew or to terminate. Submit written cancellation notice

Send a formal written notice of non-renewal or termination to your Account Executive and to support@pega.com. Reference your contract number, company name, and desired termination/end date. Written notice is required per Pega's subscription terms — verbal requests are insufficient.

Request data export (within 15 days of termination)
