Will I lose my data when I cancel?

No. Your pipelines and data are retained after cancellation, but they become view-only on the free plan. Nothing is deleted automatically when you downgrade.

Do I get a refund when I cancel?

Refunds are at Streak's sole discretion. Monthly subscribers can request a refund within 14 days of their last invoice; yearly subscribers have 30 days. Refunds are never granted for plan downgrades or user removal.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes. Streak states that reactivation requires no additional setup — you can upgrade again at any time and resume access to your pipelines and data.

Does uninstalling the Chrome extension cancel my subscription?

No. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the Billing and Teams page in the extension before uninstalling, or you will continue to be charged.

What features are available on the free plan after cancellation?

The free plan includes email tracking, mail merge (50 emails/day limit), snippets, and thread splitting. CRM pipeline editing is not available on free.

How do I cancel immediately instead of at the end of my billing cycle?

Self-serve cancellation only takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To cancel immediately and stop charges sooner, email support@streak.com directly.

Open Gmail and go to Home

Open Gmail in Chrome and click 'Home' in the left navigation menu, or click the Streak icon at the top of your inbox.

Open Billing and Teams

Click the credit card icon in the top-right corner of the Home page to open the 'Billing and Teams' page.

Click 'Cancel Paid Plan'

Under the Plan section, click the link labeled 'Cancel Paid Plan'.

Complete exit survey

Answer the two survey questions about your reasons for cancelling. These questions are required to proceed through the flow.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation. Your account will remain on the paid plan until the end of your current billing cycle, then automatically downgrade to Free.
