Download the termination request form

Go to a1.mk and download the official termination form 'Барање за раскинување на претплатнички договор' (Request for Termination of Subscriber Contract) from the Terms & Conditions section at a1.mk/en/uslovi/opshti-uslovi (Item 7). Alternatively, pick up a blank form at any A1 retail store.

Settle all outstanding balances

Before submitting the termination request, ensure all outstanding invoices and debts owed to A1 are fully paid. Unpaid balances will block the termination. You can check and pay your bill via the My A1 app, the web portal at a1.mk, or at an A1 retail location.

Fill in the termination form

Complete the form specifying whether you want complete termination of the subscriber contract or partial termination (specific line(s) or services at a fixed location). Include your subscriber details, contact mobile number, and the desired termination date.

Submit the form at an A1 store or via phone

Visit the nearest A1 retail store (headquarters: Ploshad Presveta Bogorodica br. 1, Skopje) with your completed form and a valid government-issued ID. Alternatively, initiate the request by calling the A1 Contact Center at 077 1234. For virtual assistance, use A1 Live Shop at a1.mk/liveshop.

Receive termination confirmation

A1 will process the termination request and confirm the scheduled termination date. You will be informed of any applicable early termination penalty (contractual fee) if your contract has a minimum duration obligation that has not yet been fulfilled.

Withdraw if needed (optional)

If you change your mind before the termination date, you can cancel your termination request for free by sending an SMS with the text 'DA' from the contact mobile number registered in the request to A1's number 145777.
