No — all prepaid payments are non-refundable per Bunny's Terms of Service, and any remaining balance is forfeited upon account closure. Exceptions may be made for accounts within 1 month of creation with an unused balance, or for payments made in error. Contact support to request a case-by-case review.

Can I reactivate my account after closing it?

No. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data is securely erased and cannot be recovered. You would need to create an entirely new account.

What if I just want to stop being charged without deleting my account?

Delete all Pull Zones and Storage Zones (which eliminates the $1/month minimum activity fee) and disable Auto-Recharge in billing settings. Your account stays open, any remaining credits are preserved indefinitely, and you won't be charged anything. You can resume using the service whenever you like.

Is there a subscription or cancellation fee?

No. Bunny CDN is a prepaid, pay-as-you-go service with no recurring subscription and no cancellation fees. The only potential recurring charge is the $1/month minimum if you have active zones, and optional Auto-Recharge if you enabled it.

What happens to my files and data after account closure?

All data — including stored files, CDN zone configurations, video libraries, and account details — is permanently and irreversibly deleted. There is no grace period or way to recover data after the account is closed.

Why is the 'Close my account' button greyed out?

The button is disabled until all Pull Zones, Storage Zones, and Video Libraries are deleted and your account email is confirmed. Even after deleting everything, the button may remain greyed out for several hours or longer while the backend finishes securely erasing your zone data. Refresh the page and try again after waiting.

Disable Auto-Recharge

Log in at https://dash.bunny.net/ and navigate to Billing settings. If Auto-Recharge is enabled, disable it to prevent any further automatic charges before proceeding with account closure.

Delete all Pull Zones

Go to the CDN section and delete every Pull Zone in your account. The 'Close my account' button will remain greyed out until all zones are removed.

Delete all Storage Zones and Video Libraries

Navigate to Storage and delete all Storage Zones. Then go to Stream and delete all Video Libraries (BunnyStream). All services under your account must be removed before closure is allowed.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select 'Edit account details' from the dropdown, or go directly to https://dash.bunny.net/account/settings.

Click 'Close my account'

Scroll to the very bottom of the Account Settings page and click the 'Close my account' button. If the button is still greyed out after deleting all zones, wait several hours (backend zone deletion can take time) and refresh the page.

Confirm account deletion

Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action is permanent and irreversible — all account data, files, configurations, and any remaining prepaid credits are permanently deleted.
