Project data (datasets, features, jobs) is deleted when you terminate your cluster or delete your project. However, your cloud storage bucket (S3, Azure Blob, or GCS) is NOT automatically deleted — it remains in your own cloud provider account and can be used to restore a backup. Log in to your Hopsworks dashboard

Go to managed.hopsworks.ai (Pay-As-You-Go/SaaS) or app.hopsworks.ai (free tier) and sign in to your account.

Open the Clusters section

From the main dashboard, navigate to the 'Clusters' section to see all your active clusters.

Terminate each cluster

Click the 'Terminate' button on each active cluster. A confirmation dialog will appear — confirm the action. This stops all compute charges. Note: this does NOT delete your cloud storage bucket (S3/Azure Blob/GCS), which continues to incur storage charges from your cloud provider.

Log in to your own cloud provider console (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and manually delete the storage bucket associated with your Hopsworks cluster to stop all remaining storage charges.

Send cancellation notice by email

Send a written cancellation notice to info@hopsworks.ai. For Enterprise subscriptions this is required at least 30 days before the end of your subscription term to prevent auto-renewal. For open-ended subscriptions, the cancellation takes effect 30 days after Hopsworks receives your notice.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, submit your cancellation request through the contact form at https://www.hopsworks.ai/contact/main to ensure it is received.
