Do I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Cancellation only stops the next annual renewal charge. Your existing credits remain valid and usable until they expire one year from their purchase date. The extension continues working until your credits run out.

What happens to my unused credits when I cancel?

Unused credits are not refunded by default. They stay on your account and can be used until their one-year expiry date. Credits do not carry over to a new plan year if you let the subscription lapse.

Refunds are available within 48 hours of a transaction, provided you haven't used a significant number of credits. If your annual plan renewed accidentally, email help@keywordseverywhere.com within one week for a full refund. Their Terms of Service state they are not obligated to provide refunds at any time outside these windows.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes. Simply purchase a new credit bundle at keywordseverywhere.com/credits.html or subscribe to a new annual plan at keywordseverywhere.com/ctl/subscriptions. There is no reactivation penalty or waiting period.

Can I delete my account and personal data?

There is no self-serve account deletion. Email help@keywordseverywhere.com to request account closure and data deletion. Under GDPR they must honor deletion requests, though their privacy policy states some data may be retained for legal compliance.

Keywords Everywhere doesn't look like a traditional subscription — do I need to cancel anything?

Only if you are on an annual plan (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum), which auto-renews yearly. If you purchased a one-time credit bundle, there is nothing to cancel — credits simply expire one year from purchase with no recurring charge.

Open the browser extension

Click the 'K' icon in the top-right corner of your browser to open the Keywords Everywhere extension popup. The extension must be installed for this to work — there is no web-only cancellation path.

Click 'View Plan Details'

Scroll to the bottom of the extension popup and click the 'View Plan Details' link. This opens your account's subscription and billing page.

Click 'Cancel Plan'

On the plan details page, locate and click the 'Cancel Plan' button. This initiates the cancellation of your annual subscription auto-renewal.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts to finalize the cancellation. Check your email inbox for a cancellation confirmation message from Keywords Everywhere.
