Can I cancel directly through the Saleor Cloud Console dashboard?

No. There is no self-serve cancellation button in the cloud.saleor.io dashboard. Cancellation requires sending a written termination notice to contracts@saleor.io per Saleor's Terms of Service (Section 6).

What happens if I miss the 15-day notice window?

Your subscription automatically renews for another full monthly term and you will be billed accordingly. The 15-day advance notice requirement is strictly enforced per the Terms of Service. There are no documented exceptions or pro-rated refunds for business customers who miss the window.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Individual consumers (not businesses) have a 14-day cooling-off period from the agreement start date and can request a full refund in writing. Business customers have no documented mid-term refund entitlement — billing runs through the end of the current monthly term with no pro-rated credits.

What happens to my store data after I cancel?

Saleor's Terms do not specify a post-termination data access grace period. Once environments are flagged inactive and subsequently deleted, data is permanently gone. Can I downgrade to a free plan instead of canceling?

Saleor offers free Sandbox environments for prototyping indefinitely. Review your contract term dates

Log in to your Saleor Cloud Console at cloud.saleor.io and check your billing section to confirm the exact end date of your current monthly term. You must send your cancellation notice at least 15 days before this date or you will be auto-renewed for another full month.

Export your data via the GraphQL API

Before canceling, export all store data (products, orders, customers) using Saleor's GraphQL API. There is no one-click data export in the Cloud Console and no documented post-termination data retrieval window — once the environment is deleted, data is gone permanently.

Compose a written termination notice

Write a formal termination notice email. Include your organization name, the name of the environment(s) or plan you are canceling, and a clear statement that you wish to terminate your subscription. No specific template is required by Saleor's Terms of Service (Section 6).

Await confirmation from Saleor

Wait for a written confirmation from Saleor's contracts team acknowledging your termination notice. Keep this confirmation for your records. If you do not receive a reply within 2–3 business days, follow up to ensure your notice was received before the 15-day deadline.

Continue access through end of paid period

You will retain access to your Saleor Cloud environment through the end of the current billing period. No immediate suspension occurs upon sending the notice. Your service and environments remain active until the term end date.
