Log in as an admin
Go to business.udemy.com and sign in with your Udemy Business account. Only users with admin access can cancel the Team Plan subscription — regular learner accounts cannot initiate cancellation.
Open the Manage menu
Move your cursor to the 'Manage' option in the top-right navigation bar of the Udemy Business dashboard to reveal the dropdown menu.
Go to Subscription & Billing
In the 'Manage' dropdown, click 'Subscription & Billing' to expand the submenu, then select 'Subscription management'.
Open Subscription management
On the Subscription management page, review your current plan details including renewal date and number of licensed seats.
Click Cancel Subscription
Click the 'Cancel subscription' button associated with your active plan. The page will display team engagement metrics and warn you about losing access to course content at the end of the billing period.
Review retention offer
Udemy Business may present a discount offer or highlight usage statistics to discourage cancellation. You can decline and proceed by clicking 'Continue to cancel' or equivalent confirmation button.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your cancellation when prompted. You will receive an email confirmation. Your team retains access to all content until the end of the current annual contract period.
