Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You can continue running tests at your plan's quota until that date.

Can I get a refund for the unused portion of my subscription?

No. Per WebPageTest's Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund for the unused portion of any prepaid fees upon cancellation or termination.

Will my account and test history be deleted?

No. Cancelling the subscription only removes the Pro plan — your WebPageTest account and the history of all manual tests you ran remain intact on the free tier.

How do I reactivate my Pro subscription after cancelling?

You can reactivate at any time by logging into your account, going to My Account > Billing and Invoices, and selecting a new Pro plan. Your existing account and data will still be there.

What if I'm still being charged after cancelling?

Contact WebPageTest support via the 'Contact Support' button in the top-right of the My Account page. Submit your query and a support specialist typically responds within 2–3 business days.

Can I switch plans instead of cancelling outright?

Go to WebPageTest and sign in

Navigate to https://www.webpagetest.org and click 'Sign In' in the top navigation. Enter your email and password to log into your Pro account.

Open My Account

Once signed in, click your account avatar or name in the top-right corner and select 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Billing & Invoices

In the My Account portal, go to 'Settings' then click 'Billing and Invoices' in the left sidebar (or look for the 'Billing History' section on the My Account page).

Select your current subscription plan

Locate your active Pro subscription listed under your current plan details. Click on it to open the plan management options.

Cancel the subscription

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Plan' button. Confirm your intent when prompted. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual).

Check confirmation email

You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address confirming the cancellation. Keep this for your records. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
