No. Your Oura Membership remains fully active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your ring continues to work with basic tracking features, but premium insights and advanced features are disabled.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Oura does not offer prorated refunds for monthly or annual memberships once a billing period has been charged. If you cancel before a free trial period ends, you will not be charged at all.

What happens to my health data after I cancel?

Your Oura data and account information are retained securely even after cancellation. If you re-subscribe in the future, all your historical data immediately becomes accessible again.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play?

If you signed up via the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel directly through Apple or Google — not through the Oura app or Membership Hub. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Oura → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Oura → Cancel.

Can I reactivate my Oura Membership after canceling?

Open the Oura App

Launch the Oura app on your iOS or Android device and ensure you are logged into the account with the active membership.

Go to Profile

Tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the app to open your account menu.

Open Account Settings

Tap Membership

Scroll down and tap 'Membership' to view your current subscription plan, next billing date, and payment details.

Access the Membership Hub

Tap 'Manage Membership' or 'Membership Hub' — this opens the web-based portal at cloud.ouraring.com in your browser. Alternatively, go directly to cloud.ouraring.com on desktop and log in with your Oura account credentials.

Select Cancel Membership

In the Membership Hub, locate and click the 'Cancel Membership' button. If on mobile browser and the button is not visible, switch to 'Desktop Site' mode in your browser settings.

Confirm Cancellation

Follow any confirmation prompts and confirm you want to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message stating your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
