No. After cancelling auto-renewal, your subscription remains fully active until the end of the current billing period. You only lose access when the paid period expires.

After your subscription expires, your projects are stored in an inactive state for 60 days. During this time they are not accessible, but they will be restored if you reactivate with a paid plan. After 60 days the data may be deleted.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

SE Ranking's payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if poor service inconsistent with their service obligations was delivered, or if a special promotion explicitly offers a refund. If eligible, refunds are processed within 14 bank days.

How do I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

You can reactivate at any time by logging back into your account and selecting a new paid plan on the Billing or Subscription page. Your inactive projects will be restored if you reactivate within the 60-day grace period.

Does cancelling my subscription delete my account?

No. Cancelling auto-renewal does not delete your account. Your account remains intact. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, you must go through the separate account deletion process in settings — this action is irreversible.

What happens to add-ons when I cancel my main plan?

Add-ons that were purchased as part of a bundle with your main plan are cancelled automatically when you disable auto-renewal on the main plan. Add-ons purchased separately must be cancelled individually from the Billing page.

Log in to your SE Ranking account

Go to app.seranking.com and sign in with your email and password.

Open the Billing page

Click your profile icon or account menu in the top-right corner, then select 'Billing' from the dropdown to access your billing settings.

Find your Current Plan

On the Billing page, locate the 'Current plan' section which shows your active subscription details and renewal date.

Click 'Cancel automatic renewal'

Within the Current plan section, click the 'Cancel automatic renewal' button to begin the cancellation flow.

Complete the cancellation form

On the confirmation screen, fill in the required fields (select a reason for cancellation). Do not click 'Nevermind' as that aborts the process and keeps your subscription active.

Confirm cancellation

Click the final confirmation button to complete the cancellation. Auto-renewal is disabled immediately; your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Cancel any standalone add-ons separately

If you have add-ons purchased individually (not bundled with your main plan), return to the Billing page, locate each add-on, and click 'Cancel' or disable 'Auto-renewal' for each one. Add-ons bundled with your main plan are cancelled automatically.
