Log into Intercom

Go to app.intercom.com and sign in with an admin account.

Open Settings

Click on the gear icon in the bottom-left corner to open Settings, then navigate to 'Subscription' or 'Billing'.

Contact billing or initiate cancellation

Intercom may require you to contact their team to cancel. Look for a 'Cancel subscription' link or a 'Contact us to cancel' option in the billing section.
