Sign in to QuickBooks Online
Go to quickbooks.intuit.com and sign in to your account.
Go to Account settings
Click the gear icon and select 'Account and Settings'.
Navigate to Billing & Subscription
Click 'Billing & Subscription' in the left menu.
Click Cancel subscription
Click 'Cancel' or 'Cancel subscription' next to your plan.
Navigate retention offers
Intuit will present multiple discount offers and reasons to stay. Decline each one.
Export your data
Before finalizing, export your accounting data. Intuit preserves data for 1 year after cancellation.
Confirm cancellation
Click the final 'Cancel subscription' button. Your data remains read-only for 1 year.
