Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can keep using Attio until that date.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

No. Attio has a strict no-refund policy. Since all paid plans are billed annually, you will not receive a prorated refund for unused months.

How long do I have to export my data?

You can export your data any time before your billing period ends. After termination, Attio's Terms of Service provide a 30-day data retrieval window before they may permanently delete your data.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can resubscribe through the Billing or Plans settings. Your workspace data should still be accessible if you reactivate before the 30-day post-termination deletion window.

Is there a way to pause instead of cancel?

There is no pause option. However, you can downgrade to the Free plan (up to 3 seats, 50,000 records) instead of canceling entirely. The downgrade takes effect at your next renewal date.

Who can cancel an Attio subscription?

Only workspace admins have access to Billing settings and can initiate a cancellation. Regular members cannot cancel the subscription.

Open Workspace Settings

In the Attio app, click your workspace name in the top-left corner of the screen to open the workspace menu.

Go to Workspace Settings

Select 'Workspace Settings' from the dropdown menu that appears.

Navigate to Billing

In the left sidebar of Workspace Settings, click 'Billing'.

Find the Cancel option

Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page to find the cancellation option.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom of the Billing page.

Provide cancellation reason

A confirmation dialog appears. Select or enter a reason for canceling (required to proceed through the flow).

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Cancel Subscription' again to confirm. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
