Will I lose my data when I cancel?

No. Clockify retains all your time entries, projects, and reports after cancellation. Your data is only deleted if you explicitly choose to remove your workspace or your CAKE.com account.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Clockify generally does not offer refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Refunds are only considered in cases of a verified system or billing error. Contact support@clockify.me if you believe you were charged incorrectly.

What happens at the end of my paid billing period?

Once the current billing period ends, your workspace is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. You retain access to all paid features until that date, and no further charges are made.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can re-subscribe at any time from the Subscription page in your workspace settings by selecting a plan and completing payment.

What features do I lose on the Free plan?

The Free plan removes paid features such as time audits, timesheet approvals, project templates, custom fields, budget tracking, and advanced reporting. Core time tracking, projects, and reports remain available for free with unlimited users.

Does canceling affect all workspaces if I have a bundle plan?

Yes. If you are on a bundle plan that covers multiple workspaces, canceling the subscription downgrades all workspaces under that bundle to the Free plan simultaneously.

Log in to Clockify

Go to clockify.me and log in to your account with workspace owner or admin credentials. Only workspace owners can cancel a subscription.

Open the Workspace menu

Click the menu icon (three dots or chevron) next to your workspace name in the top-left sidebar to open the workspace dropdown menu.

Select 'Subscription'

From the workspace dropdown menu, click 'Subscription' to open the subscription management page.

Go to the 'Billing' tab

On the Subscription page, click the 'Billing' tab to see your current active plan and billing details.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Find your current active plan listed under the Billing tab and click the 'Cancel subscription' link or button associated with it.

Complete the feedback survey

Clockify presents an optional feedback survey asking why you are canceling. You can fill it out or skip it — this step does not prevent cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Click the final confirmation button to complete the cancellation. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your workspace is automatically downgraded to the Free plan.
