Yes, your account enters a dormant state and retains all forms and submission data for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted. It is strongly recommended to export your submission results before or immediately after canceling.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Paperform offers refunds only within a limited window: 7 days from the charge date for monthly subscriptions, and 30 days for annual subscriptions. Refunds are not given for change of mind, unused time, or failure to cancel before the next billing cycle. Can I reactivate my Paperform subscription after canceling?

Yes, you can reactivate a canceled account within 30 days by returning to Account Settings and choosing to reactivate. After 30 days, your data may be deleted and full reinstatement may not be possible.

Yes. Paying customers can pause their subscription for up to 6 months instead of canceling. The subscription will automatically reactivate after the chosen pause period, but you can also reactivate sooner. This option is unavailable if you have already paused within the last 12 months.

How do I permanently delete my account and data?

After canceling, you can request immediate data deletion through your Account Settings. Paperform also provides a GDPR data request form for users who want to formally request deletion of their personal data.

What happens to my forms if I do not cancel before the next billing date?

Paperform does not issue refunds for failure to cancel before the next billing cycle. Your account will be charged and the subscription will renew. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being billed again.

Log in to Paperform

Go to paperform.co and sign in to your account.

Open Account Settings

Click on your avatar/profile icon in the top-right corner of the Paperform Dashboard to open the account menu.

Navigate to Billing

In Account Settings, click the 'Billing' tab on the left-hand sidebar.

Consider Pausing Instead

Paperform may prompt you to pause your subscription for up to 6 months instead of canceling. If you want to cancel permanently, decline this option and proceed. (Note: The pause option is unavailable if you have already paused in the last 12 months.)

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button to begin the cancellation flow.

Complete the cancellation flow

Follow any on-screen confirmation prompts to finalize the cancellation. Your subscription will be cancelled and your account will enter a dormant state.

Export your data (recommended)

Before or immediately after canceling, export your form submissions from the Results tab of each form. Your data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
