Log in to pCloud
Go to pcloud.com and log in with your email and password.
Access Account Settings
Click your username or avatar in the top-right corner and select 'Account Settings'.
Navigate to Subscription
Click 'Subscription' in the left menu to view your current plan details.
Cancel Auto-Renewal
Click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Turn off auto-renewal'. For lifetime plans, no action is needed as there is no recurring charge.
Confirm Cancellation
Confirm the cancellation in the dialog box. Your subscription will not renew and access continues until the end of your current billing period.

We're sorry to see you go. pCloud is one of the few cloud storage services with a lifetime plan — no recurring fees ever. If monthly billing is the issue, would you consider upgrading to a lifetime plan instead? It pays for itself in under 2 years.
