No. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. DAZN does not cut off access at the moment of cancellation.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

DAZN generally does not issue refunds for partially used billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the cycle ends but receive no prorated refund. Contact DAZN support for billing errors or service issues.

I subscribed through Apple/Google/Amazon — how do I cancel?

If you signed up via the App Store, Google Play, or Amazon, you must cancel through that platform (iOS Settings > Subscriptions, Google Play > Subscriptions, or Amazon > Memberships). The DAZN website cannot cancel third-party billing.

Can I reactivate my DAZN subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate at any time by logging back into your DAZN account and selecting a new plan. Any watchlist or preferences may be retained.

What happens if I'm on the annual Monthly Saver plan?

If you are on DAZN's 12-month contract paid monthly, cancelling early may require paying a buyout fee for the remaining months. Check your plan terms before cancelling.

Sign in to DAZN

Go to www.dazn.com and click 'Sign In' in the top-right corner. Enter your email address and password to log in.

Open My Account

Click on your profile icon or the Menu icon in the top-right corner, then select 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Subscription settings

In your account dashboard, click on 'Subscription' in the left sidebar (or scroll to the Subscription section on the page).

Click Cancel Subscription

Find and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button or link within the Subscription section. DAZN may first present options to pause your subscription or switch to a cheaper plan — decline these by continuing toward cancellation.

Dismiss retention offer

A retention screen appears offering a pause option or a discount (e.g. 50% off next billing cycle). Click 'I Still Want to Cancel' at the bottom of the dialog to proceed past the offer.

Select cancellation reason

Choose a reason for cancelling from the provided list (e.g. 'Too expensive', 'Not enough content'). Optionally add a comment, then click 'Confirm Cancellation'.

Check confirmation email

DAZN sends a cancellation confirmation email within a few minutes. You can also verify by returning to the Subscription section, which will display your access end date.
