Export your data

Before canceling, export all your data from within the product console. Most ManageEngine cloud products support export to CSV, HTML, or XLS. Navigate to the relevant reports or data sections and download all data you need to retain, as data is permanently deleted after the retention window (45–90 days depending on product).

Log in as Super Admin

Sign in to your ManageEngine product console (e.g., ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, Endpoint Central Cloud, Identity360, etc.) using Super Admin credentials. Only the Super Admin role has permission to delete the organization account or cancel the subscription.

Navigate to Admin settings

Click 'Admin' in the top navigation bar or left sidebar. Then select 'Company Details' (on some products this is found under 'Global Settings' > 'Company Details').

Click 'Delete Account' or 'Close Account'

Scroll to the bottom of the Company Details page and click 'Delete Account', 'Close Account', or 'Cancel Subscription' — the exact button label varies by product. For on-premise/perpetual licenses (not cloud), there is no portal button — instead, email sales@manageengine.com to formally notify of non-renewal at least 7 days before your renewal date.

Complete multi-step confirmation

Follow 2–3 confirmation screens that appear. You will be asked to confirm the deletion/cancellation action. Read each screen carefully — some products (e.g., Endpoint Central) require you to first remove all managed agents and cancel active add-on subscriptions before the account deletion option becomes available.

Confirm account closure

After completing all confirmation steps, the account closure is processed. You will receive a confirmation. A 90-day restoration window begins — your account can be reactivated within this period. After 90 days, data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
