Sign in to Sophos Home dashboard

Go to my.sophos.com/login and sign in with your Sophos Home account email and password.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile icon or account name in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select 'Account Settings' or 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Membership & Billing

In the Account Settings page, locate the 'Membership & Billing' section and click 'View' to see your active subscription details.

Cancel or turn off auto-renewal

Click 'Cancel Membership', 'Cancel Subscription', or 'Turn Off Auto-Renewal'. If the option is not visible here, use the alternative Cleverbridge method: find your original order confirmation email from no-reply@cleverbridge.com and click the subscription management link inside it. If you no longer have that email, visit the Cleverbridge Purchase Lookup Tool (support.cleverbridge.com), enter your order number and email to have a new management link sent.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts and click 'Finish Cancellation' or confirm when asked. If using Cleverbridge, select the cancellation option from the self-service portal and confirm.

Check for confirmation email

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder. Keep this email as proof of cancellation.
