Can I still use my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Cancelling stops the auto-renewal but your subscription remains active and usable until the end of the current billing period (month or year). You will not be charged again after that date.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

For monthly plans and credit packs: a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if you have made zero downloads. After 14 days with no downloads, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Partial usage results in a prorated adjustment. Annual plans have no refund policy — early cancellation incurs a penalty fee equivalent to the discount you received over the period used.

What happens to my unused downloads or credits when I cancel?

All unused downloads and credits are forfeited immediately when your subscription terminates at the end of the billing period. There is no option to roll them over or receive a refund for unused credits.

Can I reactivate my 123RF subscription after cancelling?

Yes, you can reactivate by returning to Account Settings and selecting a new subscription plan. Your account and any previously downloaded content remain accessible even after cancellation.

What if I can't find the cancel option in my account?

If the self-service cancellation option is not visible in your account settings, contact 123RF customer support directly at info@123rf.com or by phone at +1 53 43 51 88 and request cancellation in writing. Keep a record of the correspondence.

Will 123RF delete my account and data if I cancel?

No — cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. Your profile, purchase history, and downloaded content remain. To fully delete your account you must contact support separately and request account deletion.

Log in to your 123RF account

Go to www.123rf.com and click 'Sign In' in the top-right corner. Enter your email and password to log in.

Open Account Settings

Click on your username or profile avatar in the top-right corner of the page to open the dropdown menu, then select 'Account Settings'.

Navigate to the Subscription tab

Inside Account Settings, locate and click the 'Subscription' or 'My Subscription' tab. This lists your active subscription plan and renewal details.

Find auto-renewal and click Cancel

Locate the auto-renewal toggle or 'Cancel Subscription' / 'Cancel Auto-Renewal' button next to your active plan and click it.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm. Click 'Confirm Cancellation' or 'Yes, Cancel' to proceed. You may be shown a warning about losing unused downloads or credits.

Check for confirmation email

You should receive a cancellation confirmation email at your registered address. If no email arrives within a few minutes, contact support at info@123rf.com to verify the cancellation was processed.
