Log in to Taiga

Go to https://tree.taiga.io/login and sign in with your Taiga account credentials.

Open User Settings

Click your avatar or profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select 'User Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Subscriptions

In the left sidebar of User Settings, click 'Subscriptions' (listed under contrib/plugins section).

Select the Free plan

On the Subscriptions page at https://tree.taiga.io/user-settings/contrib/subscriptions, locate your current paid plan and select the 'Gratis' (free) plan, or look for a 'Cancel' or 'Downgrade' button.

Confirm the downgrade

Confirm the plan change when prompted. Your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew.

Reduce projects to free tier limits

After cancellation, reduce your projects to the free tier limits: 1 public project and 1 private project. Export any projects you wish to keep via Taiga's project export feature before deleting them.
