Review your subscription agreement

Locate your original 6sense contract or subscription agreement. Paid plans are 12–24 month minimums with auto-renewal clauses. Identify your renewal date and the required cancellation notice window (typically 30–90 days before renewal), as missing this window locks you into another full term.

Log in to the 6sense platform

Sign in to your 6sense account at login.6sense.com. If you are on the free Revenue AI for Sales plan, click the circle with your initials in the top-right corner to open the user menu.

Free plan only: navigate to My Profile

For free plan users only — select 'My Profile' from the user dropdown menu. Scroll down to find the account deactivation option and click 'Deactivate'. Note: deactivation is permanent for your email address; you cannot rejoin with the same email.

Paid plan: contact your Customer Success Manager

For all paid subscriptions, there is no self-serve cancellation. Contact your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager (AM) directly via email or phone. If you do not have a named contact, submit a request through the support portal at support.6sense.com.

Submit a formal cancellation request in writing

Send a written cancellation notice to your CSM/AM and CC support@6sense.com. State your account name, the subscription you are cancelling, and your intended cancellation effective date. Keep a timestamped copy of all communications as proof of notice.

Negotiate any early termination or data export terms

Your CSM may offer retention incentives such as a reduced price, feature upgrades, or a pause option. If you intend to cancel, decline politely and request written confirmation of cancellation along with your data export options before your contract end date.

Request data deletion if needed

After cancellation is confirmed, submit a data deletion request via the 6sense Privacy Center at 6sense.com/privacy-center (click 'Your Rights' tab), or email privacy@6sense.com. Reference your account name and request deletion of all associated data.
