Can I cancel mid-contract and get a refund?

No. mabl contracts do not include early termination rights or refund provisions. You are locked in until the end of your current contract term. The only exception is if mabl unilaterally changes pricing mid-term, at which point you may cancel.

What happens to my tests and data after cancellation?

All access to tests, test results, electronic communications, and data is immediately removed at termination. Export everything before your contract ends using the in-app export (More actions > Export test run artifacts) or the CLI (`mabl test-runs export`).

How do I request deletion of my data after canceling?

You have a 30-day window after termination to request data deletion. Send a written request to support@mabl.com and mabl will delete your data from their systems and instruct third-party vendors to do the same.

What if I miss the 60-day notice deadline?

If you fail to send non-renewal notice at least 60 days before your contract expiration, the contract automatically renews for the same duration (typically one year) with a price increase of at least 5% or the current US CPI rate, whichever is greater.

Can I reactivate my account after canceling?

Yes — you can sign up again or contact mabl sales at mabl.com/contact to discuss reactivation. A new contract would need to be negotiated. There is also a 14-day free trial available at mabl.com/trial-registration.

Who do I contact to cancel my mabl subscription?

Send your non-renewal notice to support@mabl.com at least 60 days before your contract end date. You can also use the in-app Intercom chat (bottom-left of app.mabl.com) or contact your assigned Customer Success Manager to confirm receipt.

Check your contract end date

Log in to app.mabl.com and go to Settings > Usage to find your contract period and renewal date. Note the exact expiration date — you must submit notice at least 60 days before it to avoid auto-renewal.

Export your data before canceling

Before canceling, export all test data: in any test run view, click (More actions) > Export test run artifacts, then click Export to download a zip. Alternatively use the CLI: `mabl test-runs export {TEST-RUN-ID}` or `mabl tests export`. All data access is cut off at termination.

Send written non-renewal notice by email

Send an email to support@mabl.com stating you do not wish to renew your contract. This written notice must be sent at least 60 days before your contract expiration date. There is no in-app cancellation button — email is the required method.

Confirm receipt with your CSM or in-app chat

Follow up to confirm your cancellation notice was received. Use the in-app Intercom chat widget (bottom-left corner of app.mabl.com) or contact your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) directly. Request written confirmation that non-renewal has been recorded.

Settle any outstanding fees

Ensure all fees accrued before the termination date are paid. Per the Terms of Service, you remain liable for any amounts accrued prior to the effective termination date.

Request data deletion if needed

After termination, you have a 30-day window to request deletion of your data. Send a written request to support@mabl.com. mabl will then delete your data from their systems and instruct third-party vendors to do the same.
