Go to Affinity Account
Visit affinity.serif.com and sign in to your Affinity account.
Open Subscriptions
Navigate to 'My Account' > 'Subscriptions' to view your current Affinity subscription (if on the V2 subscription plan).
Cancel Subscription
Click 'Cancel subscription' next to your Affinity plan. Note that Affinity also sells perpetual (one-time) licenses — if you have a perpetual license, there is nothing to cancel.
Confirm Cancellation
Confirm the cancellation in the dialog box. If you have a Canva-era subscription (Canva acquired Affinity in 2024), you may be redirected to Canva account management.
Retain Access to Perpetual Features
Affinity V1 licenses are perpetual and never expire. V2 perpetual licenses also never expire. Only the Affinity subscription model requires cancellation — confirm which type you have before proceeding.
Tips mot kvarhållning
Affinity's perpetual licenses are one of the best values in professional design software. If you have a perpetual license, you actually do not need to cancel anything — there are no recurring charges. If you are on a subscription, would switching to a one-time perpetual license be a better fit for your budget?
