Go to fathom.video and log in to your Fathom account.

Open Settings

Click on your account avatar or name in the top-right corner and select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to the Premium Features section

Scroll down within Settings until you reach the 'Premium Features' section.

Click 'Downgrade to Free'

Click the 'Downgrade to Free' button in the Premium Features section to initiate the cancellation flow.

Confirm cancellation

On the confirmation screen, click 'Cancel Plan' to finalize. Fathom may ask for optional feedback on why you're leaving — this is not required to complete cancellation.

Verify cancellation

You will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made. Check your billing page at fathom.video/manage_subscription/billing to confirm the cancellation is recorded.
