How long do I keep access after cancelling?

Your Kajabi account and site remain fully active until the end of your current billing period. On the cancellation date, your site goes offline and your customers lose access to any products they purchased.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Kajabi offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment only — email billing@kajabi.com within 30 days of your initial charge. After that, Kajabi does not issue refunds for unused time remaining in the billing cycle.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes. Before your billing period ends you can click 'Reinstate account' in Account Settings > Subscription to undo the cancellation. After the account fully closes, you can reactivate by logging back in and choosing a new plan, but you will need to confirm whether your previous content is still available.

What happens to my customers and their content access?

On the day your account is set to cancel, your Kajabi site becomes inactive. Existing customers will be unable to log in and will lose access to the courses, memberships, or other products they purchased. Notify your customers before cancelling.

Will my data be deleted when I cancel?

Kajabi retains your account data for a period after cancellation, but you should export and back up all important content (videos, emails, member lists, sales data) before your cancellation date to avoid any risk of data loss.

Log in and open Account Settings

Log in to your Kajabi account at app.kajabi.com. Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the user menu, then select 'Account Settings'.

Navigate to Subscription

In the Account Settings sidebar on the left, click 'Subscription' to open your current plan and billing details.

Click 'Change plan'

On the Subscription page, click the 'Change plan' button. This opens the plan selection flow — do not select a new plan here; instead scroll down past the plan options.

Find the cancellation option

Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the section labelled 'No longer happy with Kajabi?'. Click the 'Cancel subscription' link or button in that section.

Review retention offers

Kajabi may present retention alternatives at this point, such as downgrading to a cheaper plan or 'parking' your account for $29/month (content preserved, members lose access). You can decline these by continuing with cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email. Your account and site remain active until the end of the current billing period.
