Can I cancel k6 Cloud directly on k6.io?

No. k6 Cloud was acquired by Grafana Labs and is now fully integrated as 'Grafana Cloud k6'. All subscription management, billing, and cancellation is handled through your Grafana Cloud account at grafana.com.

Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After expiration, k6 retains your test result data for 7 days before it is deleted.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Grafana Labs generally does not issue refunds for unused portions of a subscription. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

Is there a free tier I can downgrade to instead of cancelling?

Yes. Grafana Cloud k6 offers a free tier with 500 Virtual User Hours (VUh) per month and 14 days of data retention. You can downgrade to the free tier instead of fully cancelling via the 'Manage Plan' option in the Cloud Portal.

What happens to my test data after cancellation?

After your subscription expires, k6 test result data is retained for 7 days. During an active subscription, retention varies by plan: 14 days (Free), 30 days (Growth), and 180 days (Advanced/Enterprise).

What if I subscribed through AWS, Azure, or GCP Marketplace?

If you subscribed via a cloud marketplace, you must cancel through that provider's marketplace portal (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, or GCP Marketplace) — not through Grafana's portal directly.

Log in to Grafana Cloud

Go to grafana.com and sign in to your Grafana Cloud account. k6 Cloud is now fully integrated into Grafana Cloud — all billing and subscription management happens here.

Open the Cloud Portal

From the Grafana homepage, click your organization name or the account menu in the top navigation to access the Cloud Portal (your org dashboard).

Navigate to Billing

In the left sidebar of the Cloud Portal, click 'Billing' to expand the billing section, then click 'Subscriptions'.

Select your k6 subscription

On the Subscriptions page, locate your Performance Testing (k6) subscription and click on it to open the subscription details.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button on the subscription detail page and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts to complete the cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. You will receive a confirmation email. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
