Go to the subscription portal
Visit https://www.adaptil.com (or adaptil.co.uk for UK) and navigate to your account. You can also use the link provided in your subscription confirmation email.
Log in with your email
Enter the email address associated with your subscription. No separate account creation is required — your subscription email is used to access the portal directly.
Click 'Manage your subscription'
Once logged in, click the 'Manage your subscription' option to view all active subscriptions linked to your account.
Select the subscription to cancel
Choose the specific Adaptil subscription you want to cancel from the list of active subscriptions shown.
Click 'Cancel subscription'
Scroll to the bottom of the subscription details page and click the 'Cancel subscription' button. You may be shown alternative options such as 'Pause' (1–3 months) or 'Skip' a delivery before proceeding.
Confirm the cancellation
Follow the confirmation prompts to finalize the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
