Will I still have access to ReConvert after cancelling?

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Shopify does not issue refunds for third-party app charges. You must contact Upsell.com directly at care@upsell.com or via live chat at help.upsell.com. The company does handle billing disputes and has issued refunds in documented overcharge cases.

Does just disabling the app inside ReConvert stop billing?

No. ReConvert's own documentation explicitly states that disabling or not using the app does not stop charges. You must fully uninstall the app from your Shopify admin to cancel billing.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reinstall Upsell.com - ReConvert Upsell from the Shopify App Store at any time. However, your previous funnels and data will have been deleted within 48 hours of uninstallation and cannot be recovered.

Will I be charged for the current billing period after cancelling?

You may still be billed for the current billing cycle already in progress at the time of uninstallation. Future billing cycles will be cancelled immediately upon uninstall.

Log in to Shopify Admin

Go to your Shopify admin panel at yourstore.myshopify.com/admin and log in with your credentials.

Open Settings

Click the 'Settings' gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the Shopify admin sidebar.

Go to Apps and Sales Channels

In the Settings menu, click 'Apps and sales channels' to see all installed apps.

Find ReConvert (Upsell.com)

Locate 'Upsell.com - ReConvert Upsell' in your app list. Note: ReConvert has rebranded to Upsell.com, so the app may appear under that name.

Open App Options

Click the three-dot menu (...) next to the app, or click the app name to open its detail page, then look for the delete/uninstall option.

Click Delete / Uninstall

Click the 'Delete' or 'Uninstall' button. A confirmation modal will appear — optionally select a cancellation reason from the dropdown.

Confirm Deletion

Click 'Delete' again in the confirmation dialog to complete the uninstall. This immediately cancels your recurring subscription through Shopify's billing system.

Verify Cancellation

Go to Settings > Billing > 'App subscriptions' to confirm no active ReConvert/Upsell.com charge appears. If still listed, contact care@upsell.com with your store name.
