Check your renewal date

Log into your Lexion account and locate your subscription renewal date. You must submit written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date to prevent auto-renewal for another full year. Check your original subscription agreement or contact your Customer Success Manager for the exact renewal date.

Prepare written cancellation notice

Draft a formal written cancellation notice stating your intent to not renew or to terminate your subscription. Include your company name, account details, and the effective date of cancellation. Reference your subscription agreement number if available.

Send notice to legal@lexion.ai

Email your cancellation notice to legal@lexion.ai with the subject line 'Notice of Non-Renewal – [Your Company Name]'. Alternatively, send written notice by mail to: 113 Cherry Street, PMB 65390, Seattle, WA 98104, Attn: Legal Department. Keep a timestamped copy of your sent email as proof of notice.

Contact your Customer Success Manager

Notify your assigned Customer Success Manager or email support@lexion.ai to inform them of your cancellation. This ensures your account team is aware and can coordinate the offboarding process. You can also call (661) 384-7070 during business hours.

Request data export within 30 days

Before your subscription ends, formally request an export of all your contracts and data. Email legal@lexion.ai or support@lexion.ai to request your data in the standard format (original document files + CSV metadata). You have a 30-day window after termination to request this — after that, Lexion may permanently delete your data.

Await cancellation confirmation

Wait for written confirmation from Lexion's legal or account team acknowledging your cancellation notice. If you do not receive confirmation within 5 business days, follow up by phone at (661) 384-7070 or email to ensure your notice was received and recorded.
