What happens to my cloud recordings?

Cloud recordings are retained for a grace period after downgrading. Download them before your paid plan expires, as they'll eventually be deleted.

Sign into Zoom

Go to zoom.us and sign in with your account credentials.

Navigate to Billing

Click on 'Plans & Pricing' in the left sidebar under the Admin section, or go to 'Account Management' > 'Billing'.

Cancel your plan

Find your current subscription (Pro, Business, or Enterprise) and click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Plan'.

Complete the cancellation survey

Zoom will ask why you're cancelling and may offer a discount. Select a reason and click 'Continue with cancellation'.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Confirm Cancellation'. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free Basic plan.
