Understand the purchase model

Scapple is a one-time purchase (perpetual licence), not a subscription. There is no recurring billing to cancel. If you purchased through Literature & Latte's web store (via Paddle), you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Await confirmation from support

Uninstall Scapple from your device

On macOS: drag Scapple from /Applications to Trash, then empty Trash. On Windows: go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, find Scapple in the list, click it, and select 'Uninstall'. Your serial number becomes void after a refund is issued.
