Can I still use my downloaded Adobe Stock assets after cancelling?

Sign in to Adobe Account

Go to account.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

Open Plans & Products

Navigate to the 'Plans' section (also labeled 'Plans & Products') in the left sidebar or main dashboard to see all active subscriptions.

Click 'Manage plan'

Find your Adobe Stock plan in the list and click the 'Manage plan' button next to it.

Select 'Cancel your plan'

In the plan management panel, scroll down and click 'Cancel your plan'. Adobe may first show you a plan change offer or a discount to retain you — scroll past or decline these.

Choose a cancellation reason

Select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown (e.g. 'Too expensive', 'Not using it enough', etc.) and click 'Continue'.

Review the early termination fee warning

Adobe displays a warning screen showing the 50% early termination fee (ETF) that applies if you are still within your annual contract period. Review the amount carefully. If you are within the first 14 days, no fee applies.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Continue' or 'Cancel plan' on the final confirmation screen. Adobe may present one last retention offer (e.g. a discounted rate or a plan pause). Decline and proceed. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
