Log in to your account
Go to app.contentkingapp.com and sign in with your ContentKing/Conductor Monitoring credentials.
Open Account Settings
Click on your account name or avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the account menu.
Navigate to Billing
Select 'Settings' then go to the 'Billing' section at app.contentkingapp.com/account/settings/billing to review your current subscription details.
Initiate cancellation via live chat or email
ContentKing does not offer a self-service cancel button. Open the live chat widget (bottom-right corner of the app or support pages) or send an email to their support team requesting subscription cancellation. Both channels are monitored and requests are handled immediately.
Provide cancellation reason
The support team will ask why you want to cancel so they can improve Conductor Monitoring. Answer the feedback question to proceed — this is informational, not a hard retention gate.
Confirm cancellation
The support agent confirms your cancellation request. Your subscription is cancelled immediately and you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.
