Will I lose my games if I cancel Humble Choice?

No. All games you have already redeemed and claimed to your library remain yours permanently, even after cancellation. You only lose access to future monthly bundles and subscriber perks.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Humble Bundle's Terms of Service state that Humble Choice purchases are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for billing errors or duplicate charges — contact Humble Support promptly if this applies to you.

When does my access end after I cancel?

You retain full Humble Choice access, including any unredeemed games from the current month and the 20% store discount, until the end of your current billing period.

Is there a cancellation deadline I need to know about?

Yes — cancel at least 7 days before the next bundle's early unlock release date. If you cancel after the billing cycle has started and games have been revealed, you will still be charged for that month.

Log in to your account

Go to humblebundle.com and log in. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.

Open Account Settings

From the dropdown menu, click 'Account Settings'. Alternatively, navigate directly to humblebundle.com/user/settings.

Go to Subscriptions

Click the 'Subscriptions' tab within Account Settings. You will see your active Humble Choice plan listed here.

Click 'Cancel My Plan'

Click the blue 'Cancel My Plan' button next to your Humble Choice subscription. You may first see an offer to 'Pause' your subscription for one month instead — ignore this and proceed to cancel.

Skip the exit survey

An exit survey page appears asking 'What is your primary reason for leaving?' You can optionally answer or skip it. Click 'Continue to Cancel' at the bottom to proceed.

Decline the retention discount offer

Humble Bundle may present a discount offer (e.g. 'Stay for just $9 next month instead of $12'). Click 'No thanks, cancel my subscription' to decline and continue.

Confirm cancellation

A final confirmation screen asks you to acknowledge you will lose Humble Choice access. Click the 'Cancel Membership' button to complete the cancellation.
