Will I keep access after I cancel?

Yes. For monthly plans, you retain full access until the end of your current billing month. For annual plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the 12-month term, so you keep access until that date.

Can I get a refund on an annual plan?

No. Annual subscriptions are a full-year commitment. Tallyfy does not issue partial refunds or pro-rated credits for unused months. Monthly plan fees are also non-refundable once the billing period begins.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

You have a 30-day window to export your data after cancellation. Tallyfy retains backups for 90 days, during which recovery may be possible by contacting support. After 90 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

If you cancel before the 90-day data deletion window, it may be possible to recover your account by contacting support@tallyfy.com. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Do I need to be an Administrator to cancel?

Yes. Only an Administrator of the Tallyfy organization can initiate cancellation or account deletion through Settings > Billing.

Can I downgrade instead of cancelling?

Tallyfy does not have a publicly documented self-service downgrade path. You can contact support@tallyfy.com to discuss downgrading to a lower plan, which preserves your data and templates rather than deleting the account entirely.

Log in as Administrator

Log in to your Tallyfy account at app.tallyfy.com. You must be an Administrator of the organization to cancel or delete the subscription.

Open Settings

Click on your profile avatar or organization name in the top navigation, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Billing

In the Settings sidebar, click 'Billing' to open your organization's billing and subscription management page.

Use the self-service cancellation form

Click the 'DELETE ACCOUNT' button on the Billing page. This directs you to the official account closure form. If you only want to stop the subscription without full deletion, look for a cancellation or downgrade option on this same page, or email support@tallyfy.com from your registered email with your organization name and cancellation request.

Complete the closure form

Fill in the official account closure form that opens. Verify that your correct Organization ID is pre-populated. Provide the required details including your reason for cancellation and submit the form.

Confirm cancellation

You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation and final billing status from Tallyfy support, typically within 24 hours. Keep this for your records.
