Dahua does not offer refunds once a billing deduction has been made. You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. No pro-rata refunds or 30-day money-back guarantees are documented.

How do I reactivate my Dahua Cloud subscription?

Reactivation is done by re-subscribing to a plan through the DMSS app under your account's Cloud Storage or Service Plan section. Whether previously recorded footage is recoverable after a lapsed subscription is not documented.
