Will I still have access to my passwords after canceling?

Yes, you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. After it expires, your vault becomes read-only on the free plan — you can view but not add or edit records unless you resubscribe.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Keeper's official policy states all fees are non-refundable since the software is delivered in full at purchase. However, some users have successfully obtained refunds by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) or escalating via email support.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Log back into vault.keeper.io, go to Settings > Subscription, and choose a plan to resubscribe. Your existing vault data will still be there if you did not delete your account.

How do I permanently delete my Keeper account and all data?

To delete your account, open the Keeper mobile app and navigate to Account > Help > 'Delete Keeper Account', or email deleteme@keepersecurity.com. Deleting your account cancels all active services and permanently removes your vault data.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Log in to your Keeper vault

Go to vault.keeper.io and sign in with your email and master password.

Open Account Settings

Click your account icon or email address in the top-right corner of the vault interface, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Go to the Subscription tab

In the Settings panel, click the 'Subscription' tab in the left-hand navigation to view your current plan and billing details.

Initiate cancellation or contact Support

If a 'Cancel Subscription' button is visible, click it. If you purchased directly via the Keeper website and no self-service option appears, you must contact Keeper Support at keepersecurity.com/support or use their 24/7 live chat to request cancellation. For iOS purchases: go to iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Keeper Password Manager > Cancel Subscription. Confirm cancellation
