Visit amazon.com and sign in to your account.
Navigate to Memberships & Subscriptions
Hover over 'Account & Lists' and click 'Account'. Then select 'Prime Membership' or go directly to amazon.com/mc.
Manage Your Prime Membership
Click 'Manage Membership' on the Prime page.
End Your Membership
Click 'End Membership' and follow the prompts. Amazon may offer you a discounted rate or a pause option at this point.
Confirm Cancellation
Select 'Cancel Membership' on the confirmation page. Note that cancelling Prime also removes access to Prime Shipping, Prime Music, and other benefits — not just Prime Video.
