Visit sofi.com and log in to your account, or open the SoFi app on your smartphone.
Navigate to Account Settings
Click on your name or profile icon in the top-right corner and select 'Settings' or 'Account'.
Find SoFi Plus Membership
Look for the 'SoFi Plus' or 'Membership' section within your account settings. This is where your paid subscription is managed.
Cancel SoFi Plus
Click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Manage Membership' and follow the prompts to downgrade from SoFi Plus to the free SoFi account tier.
Confirm your decision
Review what features you'll lose and confirm the cancellation. Your SoFi Plus benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
