Sign in to My Account
Go to homeserve.com and click 'Sign In' in the top navigation. Log in using your HomeServe ID (email) and password.
Locate your plan
From your account dashboard, find the plan you want to cancel and click the 'View Details' button associated with that plan.
Open plan management
In the plan details screen, click 'My Plan' located in the lower-left corner of the plan details panel.
Select cancellation reason
A cancellation flow will begin. Select your reason for cancellation from the provided options, then click the 'Next' button to proceed.
Confirm cancellation
Review the cancellation summary showing your effective cancellation date and any applicable pro-rata refund. Click 'Cancel My Plan' to confirm.
Save confirmation
After cancelling, request or note the cancellation confirmation number. HomeServe should send a confirmation email to your registered address — save it as proof of cancellation.
