Can I still use Clockify after cancelling?

Yes. After cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Once that period ends, your workspace is automatically downgraded to the Free plan, which includes unlimited time tracking for unlimited users with basic features.

Will I lose my data when I cancel?

No. Clockify does not delete any data upon cancellation. All your time entries, projects, and reports remain intact. Data is only deleted if you manually choose to remove your workspace.

Are there any refunds available?

Clockify generally does not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Your subscription simply continues until the end of the paid term, then stops renewing. Contact support at support@clockify.me if you have a specific billing dispute.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can re-subscribe at any time by going back to the Subscription page in your workspace settings and choosing a plan. All your existing data will still be there.

What happens if I have multiple workspaces in a bundle plan?

If you are on a bundle (organization) plan, cancelling the subscription downgrades all workspaces within that organization to the Free plan simultaneously at the end of the billing period.

Can I cancel if I subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

No — if you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel directly through that store's subscription management settings. Cancelling from within Clockify's website will not stop charges from the app store.

Log in to Clockify

Go to clockify.me and log in to your account with your credentials.

Open workspace menu

Click the dropdown arrow or menu icon next to your workspace name in the top-left corner of the sidebar.

Go to Subscription

Select "Subscription" from the workspace dropdown menu. This opens the subscription management page.

Click the Billing tab

On the Subscription page, click the "Billing" tab to view your current plan and billing information.

Click "Cancel subscription"

Find your active plan listed on the Billing tab and click the "Cancel subscription" button beneath it.

Provide cancellation reason (optional)

Clockify may ask you to share a reason for cancelling. This step is optional — fill it in or skip it.

Confirm cancellation

Click the final confirmation button to complete the cancellation. You will see a confirmation message. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your workspace downgrades to the Free plan automatically.
