Log in to your Blue by ADT account

Go to login.bluebyadt.com or open the Blue by ADT mobile app on iOS or Android. Sign in with your registered email address and password.

Navigate to Account Settings

Once logged in, tap or click your account icon or the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top corner. Select 'Account Settings' or 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.

Select 'Manage Plan' or 'Monitoring Plan'

Within Account Settings, locate the 'Monitoring Plan' or 'Manage Plan' section. This shows your current active monitoring subscription and billing cycle.

Choose 'Cancel Monitoring Plan'

Click or tap the 'Cancel Plan' or 'Cancel Monitoring' button. You will be prompted to select a reason for cancellation from a dropdown list (e.g., 'Moving', 'Too expensive', 'No longer needed').

Call if online cancellation is unavailable

If you do not see a cancellation option in the app or portal (this may occur depending on how your account was created), call Blue by ADT customer service at 1-877-464-7437. Navigate the IVR by saying 'Cancel service' or pressing the option for 'Account changes'. Be prepared to verify your account with your name, address, and the last four digits of your SSN or account PIN.

Confirm cancellation and note confirmation number

Whether online or by phone, you will receive a cancellation confirmation. Online: a confirmation screen and email are sent immediately. By phone: request and write down your cancellation confirmation number. Your monitoring service ends at the close of your current billing period.
