Determine your subscription platform
UpNote subscriptions are managed exclusively through the platform where you purchased: Apple App Store (iOS/macOS) or Google Play Store (Android). UpNote has no direct website cancellation — open the appropriate store app to proceed.
Open iOS Settings (App Store subscribers)
On iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app. Tap your name / Apple ID at the very top of the screen to access your account.
Navigate to Subscriptions (iOS)
Tap 'Subscriptions' to see all active and expired subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
Select UpNote and cancel (iOS)
Tap 'UpNote - Notes, Diary, Journal' in the list, then scroll down and tap 'Cancel Subscription'. Confirm when prompted. For Android: open Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → 'Payments & subscriptions' → 'Subscriptions' → tap 'UpNote' → 'Cancel subscription' → follow on-screen prompts to confirm.
Confirm cancellation timing
Ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for another cycle. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period.
