Will my status page stay active after I cancel?

If you cancel via the standard 'Cancel the subscription' button, your page remains active until the end of the current billing period. If cancelled via the alternate 'Click here' link or as a free plan, cancellation is immediate and the page goes inactive right away.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Refunds are only available within the first paid month for monthly subscribers, or within 30 days of payment for annual subscribers. After those windows, Atlassian does not offer refunds. Mid-cycle downgrades on monthly plans result in a prorated account credit toward future bills, not a cash refund.

How do I cancel if I'm on an annual plan?

Annual plan subscribers cannot cancel through the self-service billing UI. You must contact Atlassian Support directly at support.atlassian.com to request cancellation.

Is my data deleted when I cancel?

No. Your account data is retained after cancellation. To delete your page, go to Settings → 'Your page' → 'Delete page' and confirm. For complete account data deletion, contact Atlassian support. Note that page deletion is irreversible after the 7-day grace period.

Can I reactivate my Statuspage after cancelling?

Yes. If your page is still within its active billing period or in an inactive (not deleted) state, you can contact Atlassian support to reactivate it.

How do I cancel a free Statuspage plan?

Free plan accounts do not show a cancellation button in the standard billing UI. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing → Subscriptions → Manage → find Statuspage → and select the cancellation option from there.

Log in and open Billing

Log in to your Statuspage management interface, then click your avatar (profile icon) in the top-right corner and select 'Billing'.

Select the page to cancel

In the Billing section, select the specific Statuspage page whose subscription you want to cancel.

Initiate cancellation

Under your billing details, click 'Cancel the subscription' button. On some account types you may see a 'Click here' link instead — clicking that cancels immediately with no refund for unused time.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation dialog appears. Click 'Confirm' (or 'OK' if shown the alternate UI) to finalize. With the standard flow, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your page stays active until then.

(Annual plans only) Contact support

If you are on an annual plan, there is no self-service cancellation button. You must contact Atlassian Support directly at support.atlassian.com to request cancellation.

(Optional) Delete the page

To permanently remove your page and data, go to page Settings → 'Your page' in the left sidebar → scroll to the bottom and click 'Delete page' → confirm by clicking 'Delete page' again. A 7-day grace period applies during which you can cancel the deletion.
