If the subscription still appears active after canceling, contact TrainHeroic support. This can happen if the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, or PayPal — in those cases you must cancel directly through the respective platform's subscription management settings.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
